We Help Your School Prepare for An Assembly - Preparing for your assembly is easy with the BMX Freestylers Dream Team. We help you each step of the way by providing a Show Preparation Guide with detailed instructions on how to make sure your assembly a success. ADDITIONALLY - With over 30 years of experience doing school shows, we've tried to anticipate your every question and compiled some of the most frequently asked in our Q & A section below. Please refer to this important section to help us better serve you.
As the show nears, we want to continue to stay in touch with you by email. The "acknowledgment email" is probably the most important email you'll receive. It will confirm that you are aware and ready for your upcoming assembly. This confirmation is very important since some school assembly coordinators and PTA members change leadership or staff from time to time. When you acknowledge 'YES' to this email, we will know everything is on track for the assembly. If we don't see this confirmation, we will need to call you to double check with you so your school assembly will not accidentally be canceled or postponed. We don't want to disappoint you or the kids.
You may track our team before they arrive by using our monitoring tracking system if you wish. Just ask us about this service. The BMX Freestylers Dream Team will arrive at your location 1 hour before show time. The team can set up the equipment in your designated space in about 15 to 20 minutes.
ATTENTION SCHOOL ASSEMBLY COORDINATOR
Please be sure to alert your school assembly program's coordinator, custodian, or person in charge of security about the team's arrival on the day of the show. They will need to be sure to open any gates for the team so they may set up on time.
The Performance Area
Show Areas are typically 40 feet wide x 120 feet in length or like about the size of a basketball court area. Playground or ball court areas with pavement, concrete, and black top work best for our team performances. Spectators typically sit or stand along the outside perimeter on either of the longer sides of the performance areas.
Great Sound for A Great Show
It's important to us that The School Assembly Programs look professional in every way including our sound. All our teams are equipped with high quality sound systems with high quality microphones and speakers. This enables everyone to clearly hear the important messages and announcements. Most of our teams have their own portable power sources for the sound system but we suggest you have power within 100 ft of the performance area accessible by an extension cord. Our team members have been selected from some of the best talent in the U.S. They also have an impactful way of connecting with the kids while sharing the important agreed upon messages. The BMX Freestylers Dream Team has many years of experience talking to students of all ages and from all demographics. They know how to sense the mood of the students to make sure the show is a big success based on their working experience.
